Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your cribbage pegs. Like, show-them-off-to-your-friends love them. But if things don’t work out, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order arrives.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, and in its original packaging. If they’ve already helped you win a few games or settled long-standing family rivalries, they’ve officially earned their place and can’t be returned.

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us atartisancribbagepegs@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back — unexpected packages tend to cause confusion around here.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away so we can make it right. Mistakes happen — fixing them quickly is kind of our thing.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you’re unsure about an item before purchasing, feel free to reach out — we’d rather answer questions now than disappoint you later.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d prefer. Simple, clean, and no peg-related drama.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and credit card companies sometimes move at their own pace, so please allow a little extra time for the refund to appear.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still don’t see it, email us at artisancribbagepegs@gmail.com and we’ll help track it down.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
